FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining humic substances from lowland peat by the method of electrohydraulic shock consists in the fact that at the first stage, cattle urine is collected in a sump represented by a container with a pipe lowered into it, and its preliminary purification is carried out, which includes sedimentation of urine from mechanical impurities at room temperature; the urine is then pumped through a sump pipe into a mixing reactor; at the second stage, water is pumped from the water tank into the mixing reactor with a pump for pumping water in the ratio of urine to water = 1:1 and the mixture of urine and water is mixed at room temperature for 10-15 minutes; at the third stage, lowland peat is taken and crushed to the state of microparticles, crushed lowland peat is poured through a funnel for pouring lowland peat into a mixing reactor with a mixture of water and purified urine obtained at the second stage, in the ratio of lowland peat to mixture of water and purified urine = from 1:1 to 1:5, and stirred at a temperature of +10 to +12°C for 15-20 minutes until a homogeneous composition is reached; at the fourth stage, the resulting homogeneous mixture is pumped by a pump for pumping the mixture from the mixing reactor into a container for electrohydraulic shock with a transformer with an electrode and subjected to electrohydraulic shock, for which a pulsed high-voltage U from 15 to 60 kV is applied to the transformer electrodes, and when an electric discharge occurs, the effect of cavitation takes place with simultaneous disinfection of a mixture of peat and obtaining humic substances, the treatment is carried out at room temperature from 20 to 40 minutes; at the fifth stage, the resulting product is pumped into a centrifuge and centrifugation is performed at a rotation speed of 1500 rpm for 6-7 minutes with separation of the liquid fraction consisting of humic substances from the mixture. The device for implementing the method consists of the following interconnected structural elements: a sump made with a sump pipe lowered into it, then a pump for pumping liquid effluents from the sump into the mixing reactor, and a water container with a pump for pumping water is connected to the mixing reactor; on top of the mixing reactor, a rotary-disk device with a funnel for pouring lowland peat into the mixing reactor is made; further, a pump is connected to the mixing reactor for pumping the mixture into a container for carrying out the process of electrohydraulic shock and a transformer with an electrode is installed on it; further, a pump for pumping the mixture into a centrifuge is connected to the tank for carrying out the electrohydraulic shock process, made with a valve for draining the liquid fraction and a valve for draining the sediment in the form of a suspension, while the elements of the claimed device are interconnected by pipes.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to obtain a product with a high content of humic substances - not less than 50%, with a high content of nitrogen - not less than 60%, without destroying the natural structure of humic substances.
