FIELD: petroleum industry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for hydrocracking of raw materials. The proposed method consists in hydrocracking of raw materials containing from 20 to 100 vol.% of compounds with a boiling point greater than 340°C, a sulphur content in the range of 0.01 to 5 wt.%, a nitrogen content greater than 500 h/mil wt., a total content of nickel and vanadium less than 2 h/mln. wt., and an asphaltene content less than 3,000 h/mln. wt., and includes the following stages: a) a stage of hydrocracking of said raw materials at a temperature greater than 200°C, a pressure greater than 1 MPa, a space velocity in the range from 0.1 to 20 h-1, and a liter of hydrogen/liter of the raw materials volume ratio in the range from 80 to 5000, and producing a hydrocracked effluent, b) a stage of separating the effluent at the stage a) of hydrocracking, applied in the hot separation zone containing a hot high-pressure separator, wherein said pressure is greater than 0.5 MPa and less than the pressure applied at the stage a) of hydrocracking, and at a temperature in the range from 200°C to 450°C, and producing a gaseous effluent in the upper part of the hot high-pressure separator and a heavy effluent in the lower part of the hot high-pressure separator, C) a stage of separating the gaseous effluent produced at stage b) in the upper part of the hot high-pressure separator, applied in the cold separation zone containing a cold high-pressure separator with a temperature in the range from 0 to 200°C and a pressure greater than 0.5 MPa and less than the pressure applied at stage b), and producing a gaseous effluent in the upper part of the cold high-pressure separator and a heavy effluent in the lower part of the cold high-pressure separator, d) the stage of separation of the heavy effluent produced at stage b), applied in the separation column selected from a stripping apparatus or an evaporation column, resulting in production of a gaseous effluent in the upper part of said column and deposition in the lower part of the column, and at least part of this residue concentrated by HPAC (heavy polycyclic aromatic compounds) is removed by purging, (e) the stage of fractionation of the heavy effluent produced as a result of stage c) and the gaseous effluent produced at stage d), wherein said stage is executed in the fractionation section, and producing at least one fraction of petroleum, at least one fraction of gas oil, deposition, and said deposition is fully or partially returned to the stage a) of hydrocracking.

EFFECT: proposed group of inventions provides a possibility of reducing the accumulation of HPAC in the recirculation loop, which, in turn, provides a possibility of limiting deactivation, by means of HPAC, of catalysts used in the process and thus increasing the duration of cycle and the service life of catalysts.
