SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hydrotreating and hydroconversion unit for hydrocarbon raw materials with a common fractionation section to produce at least one of the following products: naphtha (light and/or heavy), diesel, kerosene, distillate and residue. The installation contains at least a reaction section containing at least one hydroconversion reactor, a hot high-pressure separator, a cold high-pressure separator, a hot medium-pressure separator, a cold medium-pressure separator, a hot low-pressure separator, a reaction section containing at least one hydrotreating reactor, a hot high-pressure separator, a cold high-pressure separator, a hot medium-pressure separator, a hot low-pressure separator, a common fractionation section, containing at least one C-2 main fraction column, allowing for the separation of the head fraction, intermediate fraction, and heavy fraction. The specified fractions contain different block products. The feed of the stream or streams from the first block and the feed of the stream or streams from the second block to the common fractionation section are separate. The invention also relates to a combined method for hydroconversion and hydrotreatment, in which the specified installation is used.
