SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of capturing and processing images. The result is achieved by the fact that the method for video image stabilisation includes: activating the camera objective using a terminal apparatus and photographing a video image using the camera objective; detecting the distance to the object by the terminal apparatus, wherein the distance to the object constitutes the distance to the object or to the person in focus; and detecting the shaking along the X axis, Y axis and Z axis during photographing by the terminal apparatus, wherein the Z axis is the optical axis of the camera objective, the X axis is the axis perpendicular to the Z axis in the horizontal plane, and the Y axis is an axis perpendicular to the Z axis in the vertical plane; if the distance to the object is less than the threshold value of the distance to the object, detects the shaking during rotation along the X axis, Y axis and Z axis by the terminal apparatus and detecting the translational shaking along the X axis, Y axis and Z axis by the terminal apparatus and performing video image stabilisation processing due to the chattering along the X axis, Y axis and Z axis by the terminal apparatus.
