FIELD: video recording.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electronic image capture technology, more specifically, to a method and apparatus for multichannel video recording. The technical result is achieved by staring the process by means of an electronic camera apparatus; capturing images using a first camera objective and a second camera objective from the multiple camera objectives; displaying the preview interface, wherein the preview interface includes a first image and a second image; the first image being the image captured by the first camera objective, the second image being the image captured by the second camera objective, and the second image corresponding to the central region of the image captured by the second camera objective; the first image being located in a first region of the preview interface, and the second image being located in a second region of the preview interface; starting video recording after detecting the user video recording instructions operation; and displaying the recording screen, wherein the recording screen it includes the first region and the second region.
EFFECT: simultaneous recording of multiple video channels using multiple camera objectives.
