SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. A method for controlling the process of obtaining amido-mineral granulated beet pulp involves the use of squeezed beet pulp, mixing it with heated molasses, drying the mixture in a low-temperature dryer with air, then in a high-temperature dryer with superheated steam, and then granulation with a pre-prepared mixture, including molasses, carbamide, and salt, as well as cooling of the granulated product, and according to the current value of the flow rate and humidity of the pulp, the required flow rate and temperature of the heated molasses are set in the mixer, as a result of which, according to the current values of the consumption of heated molasses and beet pulp, the mixer performance is set, thus, according to the current value of humidity, temperature and consumption of the mixture of pressed pulp and molasses at the outlet of the mixer, the required consumption of heated air is set, and then, according to the current value of humidity and consumption of the dried mixture of bagasse and molasses at the outlet of the low-temperature dryer, the required consumption of superheated steam is set in a high-temperature dryer, and after drying, according to the current value of the consumption of molasses pulp entering the pellet press, the consumption of molasses, urea and microelement salts is set in the mixer, where, according to the current value of the mixture temperature in the mixer, the flow rate of the condensate of the mixture of the working steam and the ejected vapors is set, as a result, the required flow rate of the resulting mixture of molasses, urea and microelement salts into the press granulator is set at the current value of the flow rate of molasses pulp, where, according to the current values of the flow rate of molasses pulp and the resulting mixture of molasses, urea and salts of microelements, the required performance of the pellet press is set, and the required flow rate of cold air into the cooler is set according to the current value of the flow rate and temperature of the granules.
EFFECT: invention improves the quality and increases the yield of the finished product.
