FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages dry beet pulp mixing with preliminarily heated choline chloride water solution and drying. The exhaust drying agent is used for choline chloride heating and heating steam generation in the steam-generator. During production one regulates heated choline chloride water solution and dry beet pulp consumption, temperature and consumption of the drying agent in the dryer according to the current value of moisture content and consumption of the mixture of dry beet pulp and choline chloride water solution. Squeezed beet pulp is preliminarily heated in the heating chamber, dried in the vibrating dryer with atmospheric pressure superheated steam. At first, exhaust superheated steam is delivered from the vibrating dryer into the purifier cyclone for purification from finely dispersed fraction. Such fraction is combined with dry pulp. Then purified exhaust superheated steam is divided in two flows. The first flow is supplied into the calorifier, condensed thus to heat atmospheric air through the calorifier dividing wall. The other flow is supplied with a blower into the steam-superheater for superheating with heating steam from the steam-generator and then - into the vibrating dryer thus to form a recirculation circuit. Heating steam condensate after the steam-superheater and superheated exhaust steam condensate after the calorifier are discharged into the condensate receiver, then -delivered for preliminary heating of squeezed beet pulp with subsequent return into the steam-generator thus to form a recirculation circuit with excessive condensate discharge from the recirculation circuit. The mixture of milled and fractioned dry pulp and choline chloride water solution is delivered into the dryer and dried with atmospheric air heated in the calorifier. According to the current values of consumption and moisture content of squeezed beet pulp one adjusts consumption and temperature of superheated steam in the vibrating dryer by way of impact, respectively, on the blower controllable drive. Additionally, one regulates consumption of heating steam by way of the steam-generator electric heating elements power variation. According to the current values of consumption and moisture content of the mixture of milled and fractioned dry pulp and choline chloride water solution one adjusts consumption and temperature of atmospheric air in the dryer by way of impact, respectively, on the blower controllable drive and consumption of superheated exhaust steam into the calorifier with correction in terms of moisture content of the ready product at the dryer outlet.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance energy efficiency of a method for production of a free-flowing form of choline chloride.
