FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation of technological processes and can be used in automation of process of microencapsulated choline chloride production from its aqueous solution based on active adsorbent. Method of controlling the process of producing microencapsulated choline chloride involves drying the active adsorbent with superheated steam, milling it, mixing it with an aqueous solution of choline chloride, drying the obtained mixture and encapsulating gelatin according to a given pattern, at that, based on current values of flow rate, initial active adsorbent moisture and its moisture content after the first drying stage, amount of spent superheated steam of atmospheric pressure, supplied to low pressure steam overheating, is set, as well as frequency and amplitude of vibrations of the vibrating grid in the first section of the two-section drier by action on the controlled vibration drive of the grate, according to current adsorbent humidity values after the first section, humidity and adsorbent consumption after the second section, the amount of spent superheated steam of low pressure and the amount of cooling air directed to the condenser are determined, and when the current pressure value in the second dryer section from the predetermined deviation is influenced by the controlled vacuum pump drive with moisture adsorbent correction at the dryer outlet, according to the gelatine solution current value the flow rate of the condensate of the superheated atmospheric pressure steam from the first section of the air heater is set, according to current flow value of loose choline chloride, flow rate of heated solution of gelatine is set by action on controlled pump drive, based on total current flow rate of choline chloride and heated aqueous choline chloride solution flow rate is set and temperature of cooled air by action on controlled fan drive and power of heating elements of steam generator with temperature correction of finished product after cooling.
EFFECT: disclosed method of controlling the process of producing microencapsulated choline chloride enables to obtain a finished product having low hygroscopicity by using a gelatine capsule, obtaining material flows with different thermal potential due to application of steam ejector refrigerating machine, providing accuracy and reliability of control at all stages of ready product manufacture, due to on-line control of process parameters by current moisture values of initial adsorbent obtained before drying process, higher quality of finished product due to that drying initial adsorbent is carried out in medium of superheated steam of low pressure, temperature of which is less than temperature of superheated steam of atmospheric pressure.
