SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of imaging apparatuses. The method includes: receiving currently available wireless networks; when a wireless network is provided by an imaging apparatus, receiving a first network identifier of the wireless network; when a wireless network is not provided by an imaging apparatus, connecting to the wireless network and receiving a first apparatus identifier attributed to the imaging apparatus connected to the wireless network; adding the first received network identifier and the first apparatus identifier to the list of imaging apparatuses; selecting a target imaging apparatus in accordance with the list of imaging apparatuses; and connecting to the wireless network corresponding to the target imaging apparatus and establishing communication with the target imaging apparatus.
