SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sanitary hygiene, in particular to a device for air disinfection, can in an incubator. A device for disinfecting air in an incubator contains a housing with protective elements and a base made of stainless steel, in the lower part of the housing there is a ballast, which is closed in the housing box, a timer for setting the operating time of the device, a cartridge is installed at the exit from the box, into which an ultraviolet amalgam lamp is screwed in, which is attached to a retainer from the back of the housing, the lamp connection contacts have sealed silicone caps, a protective shield attached to the grille used to diffuse ultraviolet radiation is connected by canopy mounts mounted on the rear of the housing that secure the device in the incubator.
EFFECT: invention provides ecologization of the environment, high efficiency of disinfection for a wider range of microorganisms, active bactericidal treatment of air in incubators, with pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microflora.
