FIELD: radio electronic control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronic control systems (RECS) of aircraft and can be used for homing an air-to-air missile to a given type of aircraft with a turbojet engine (TJE) from a pair of different types. The method consists in measuring and receiving in a goniometer of a radar homing head (RHH) of a rocket the angular velocity of rotation of the line of sight "missile-not resolved by the angular coordinates of a pair of aircraft" in the horizontal and vertical planes, measuring with an accelerometer the rocket's own acceleration in the horizontal Jh and vertical Jv planes, the formation in the autoselector of the RHH rocket speed by narrow-band Doppler filtering of two glider readings Fg1 and Fg2 of Doppler frequencies, due to the speeds of the missile approaching the first and second aircraft of a different-type pair, respectively, and two compressor readings Fc1 and Fc2 of Doppler frequencies due to the speeds of the missile approaching the first stages of low-pressure compressors, respectively, of the first and second aircraft of a different-type pair, calculating possible combinations of differences between glider and compressor readings Doppler frequencies.
EFFECT: formation of mismatch parameters in the RECS missile of the "air-to-air" class, allowing the missile to homing at a given type of aircraft with a turbojet engine from a pair of different types.
