FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to rheumatology, pulmonology and therapy. The set of diagnostic markers is determined: the number of surfaces of the lower/upper extremities with revealed diffuse inflammatory lesions of the skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue; the number of erymatous nodes; the number of joint arthritis; the concentration of C-reactive protein. Based on the data obtained according to the original formula, the probability of the X-ray stage of acute sarcoidosis is determined.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out an express assessment of the X-ray stage of acute sarcoidosis associated with septal panniculitis at any stage of the patient's observation.
