FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to rheumatology, and can be used to assess the risk of joint erosions in patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA). A set of indicators is determined: the number of swollen joints, the area of skin lesion with psoriasis according to BSA, the presence of nail psoriasis, the presence of an axial lesion in the patient, the patient's sex, the duration of psoriasis and the duration of PsA. Based on the totality of the data obtained, the risk of erosion in a patient with psoriatic arthritis is determined according to the claimed formula.
EFFECT: method provides a simple, sensitive assessment of the risk of joint erosions in patients with PsA, allows timely appointment of individual therapy adequate to the clinical situation by assessing the complex of the most significant indicators.
