FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to complex air-cleaning devices of gas pumping units with a gas turbine engine installed at compressor stations of main gas pipelines, and can be used to increase the reliability of the gas turbine engine as part of a gas pumping unit. A complex air-cleaning device is proposed as part of a gas-pumping unit with a gas turbine engine, containing an air intake chamber communicating with the suction path of the axial compressor of the gas turbine of the GTE, silencers, a filter system, an anti-icing system, according to the invention, the design of the air intake chamber of the complex air-cleaning device is increased in height by several meters, without increasing the area occupied by the gas-pumping unit, and an anti-icing system containing an air duct, transporting the hot air into the suction chamber of the integrated air cleaning device, connected on the one hand to the output device of the filters of the suction chamber of the integrated air cleaning device, and on the other hand to the suction path of the axial compressor of the gas turbine of the gas turbine engine, transports hot air directly from the cooling system of the gas turbine engine, from under the noise and heat insulating casing of the gas turbine engine, and is equipped with a vortex pump and a regulating flap.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of air intake and the quality of the intake air of the CACD, preventing icing of the inlet line of the gas turbine engine and, as a result, minimizing the power losses of the gas turbine engine and reducing fuel gas consumption.
