FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: inlet path of gas-turbine engine includes support, air-cleaning device and protective grid arranged in air pipeline provided with possibility of turning working medium in it through 90°. One end of air pipeline is connected to inlet section of gas-air path of gas-turbine engine. In addition, inlet path includes noise silencer located between outlet of air cleaning device and confuser inlet. Confuser outlet is connected by means of compensator to air pipeline inlet. Air pipeline and confuser have the possibility of increasing movement velocity of working medium at its passage via inlet path by the value of 3.5≤Vair pipl.out./Vconf.in.≤6.5, where Vair pipl.out - velocity of working medium at air pipeline outlet, and Vconf.in - velocity of working medium at confuser inlet. Protective grid is located at air pipeline outlet.

EFFECT: higher reliability, lower aerodynamic and hydraulic resistance of inlet path at higher noise silence efficiency.
