EFFECT: invention allows reducing traction resistance and improve the quality of soil cultivation due to the use of an adjustable angle of inclination of the spherical disc, which ensures complete cutting of weeds in the upper soil horizon, to exclude the overhanging of the stems on the stand and to prevent the removal of moist soil onto the cultivated surface.
