FIELD: railway technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway technology, and in particular to a method that makes it possible to ensure, without the use of hoisting machines, the elimination (clearing) of blockages on the railway, which impede the movement of trains. The method for eliminating blockages on the railway using tracked vehicles consists in the fact that a cable is attached to the large-sized debris of the blockages with one end, which is attached to the tracked tractor-tractor with the other end, and the large-sized fragment is moved by the tracked vehicle. The direction of the tractive force applied to the large-sized debris is changed by raising or retracting the cable to the sides by adjusting the height of the frame and stops installed on the second tracked vehicle located between the tracked tractor-tractor that creates the traction force and the large-sized debris that needs to be moved. The frame, installed on a tracked vehicle, is a prefabricated structure of two L-shaped elements (1), fixedly by means of a bolted connection (6) connected by a U-shaped element (2), and two racks (7), each of which is fixedly attached to the L-shaped element (1) by means of a bolted connection (5). The main unit (3) is movably mounted between the extreme metal profiles of the U-shaped element (2) so that the axes of rotation of the extreme profiles and the main unit coincide. A tensioner with a tensioning block (4) is movably attached to the U-shaped element (3). The tensioner consists of two metal identical levers parallel to each other, one ends of which are attached to the U-shaped element (2) at the junction of the extreme profiles and the structure in the shape of the letter "U", and the opposite ends are connected by an axis on which the tensioning block is installed (4). In this case, the axes of rotation of the main (3) and tension (4) blocks are parallel, and the vertical axes of these blocks are in the same plane. The spring holds the tensioner pressed against the U-shaped element (2) in such a way that the axis of rotation of the tensioning unit (4) when installing the frame (19) on the tracked vehicle is below the axis of rotation of the main unit (3), and the tensioning unit (4) itself is pressed to the structure in the shape of the letter "U" of the U-shaped element. At the end of each post (7), opposite to the end entering the L-shaped element (1), by means of the hinge 14, one identical clamp (9) is installed. The swivel joint is necessary to match the angle of attachment of each clamp (9) to the corresponding protrusions on the tracked vehicle body.

EFFECT: improving the method for eliminating blockages using tracked vehicles, which allows moving large-sized debris in different directions, while rolling large-sized debris, causing less damage to the objects of the railway network.
