The belts are connected to each other by braces and crossbars. Each crossbar is made in the form of a sheet of metal with a transverse slot. The sheet is attached to the belts. A traction device is equipped in the upper part of the rack. One end of the cable is equipped with several identical spherical hooks. Before starting work, the rack is tilted towards the wreckage. The other end of the cable is fixed to a large-sized chip. The first end of the cable is fixed to the crossbar. The rack is tilted in the opposite direction with the help of a rubber-tyred machine.
