SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sliding coating of the surfaces of sports equipment. The coating is fixed on the sliding surface of sports equipment and is made in the form of a plate manufactured of carbon-ceramic material. Silicified graphite is used as such a material. At the same time, graphite makes up 40-60% of the material, and silicon carbide in the material is 40-60%.
EFFECT: friction is reduced, the service life of the sliding surface increases in conditions of wet dirty snow, additional maintenance is excluded.
