FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydraulic units and can be used as a safety valve for volumetric pumps of unregulated performance of aircraft fuel supply systems. A single-channel differential safety valve contains a working cavity, a discharge cavity, an unloading cavity, a spring cavity, a gate piston mechanically connected to an unloading piston, a spring connected to the unloading piston, a connecting channel between the working cavity and the spring cavity. An input jet is installed in the connecting channel. The connecting channel is connected to the outlet cavity by a hydraulic line equipped with grooves. The throttling section of the grooves depends on the position of the unloading piston. Due to the fact that the increase in the spring force when the valve is opened is compensated by a decrease in fluid pressure in the spring cavity of the valve, there is a limitation of the increase in the pressure of the working fluid in front of the valve and, consequently, at the outlet of the volumetric pump with maximum fluid bypass through the valve.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining a flatter flow characteristic of the valve.
