SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices from the field of radio engineering, in particular to multimedia systems, and is intended for the reproduction of audio files. A mechanical multimedia audio player contains a housing inside which there is an electric current generator with a mechanical drive, a curved handle rigidly connected to the generator shaft, a voltage limiter, power converters, a charging port, a memory card reader, an amplifier, audio speakers, a display, a control panel, a microcontroller, a switching board, an audio player, a mixer, combined with each other. The microcontroller is designed with the ability to read the parameters in accordance with the control program: start/stop operation and the speed of rotation of the generator drive, activation at the start of rotation of the audio file playback device, stop playback when the rotation stops, increase the playback volume when the rotation speed increases and decrease when the rotation speed slows down, respectively. The display is designed to display the serial number of the track being played on the memory card, the values of the rotation speed of the generator drive and the strength of the electric current generated by the generator.
