FIELD: closures.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to closures for pressure vessels mounted by means of movable mountings on hinged arms. The end bayonet valve contains a hollow cylindrical body, on the end of which, equipped with a sealing collar located in an annular groove, connected to the inner cavity of the body through holes, plugged with plugs, a cover is put on, installed on the ball bearing assembly of the folding lever with the possibility of rotation around its axis. The lever is pivotally mounted in a support fixed on the side surface of the body, on a rod equipped with a pulley, with the possibility of fixing in a fully open position. The lid together with the body form a locking device made in the form of a bayonet connection, the lid being provided with projections covered by grooves made on the body. On the outer surface of the cover, an axial rotation unit is fixed, consisting of a toothed bar-sector with a handle and a drive toothed gear mounted on the first or second axes, fixed on the body, while the bar-sector is made to mesh with the said drive toothed gear, ensuring the possibility of preliminary and complete mutual rotation of the cover and the body. The valve is equipped with a first safety assembly and a second safety assembly. At the end of the pre-rotation section, the lid can be axially displaced to the height of the steps made on the lid projections. To monitor the current state of the fluid in the pipeline, a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor are introduced into the valve body; the outputs of the said sensors are connected to the measuring inputs of the telemetry unit, made on the basis of the microcontroller, while the said unit can be equipped with a wireless communication module.
