FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to compositions for stabilising fertilisers. The composition for stabilising nitrogen-containing fertilisers comprises: (A) a mixture containing no less than one (thio)phosphoric acid triamide by the general formula (I)

wherein X constitutes oxygen or sulphur; R1 constitutes a C1-C20alkyl, C3-C20cycloalkyl, C6-C20 aryl or dialkylaminoalkyl group; R2 constitutes H or R1 and R2 together with a nitrogen atom binding them represent a 5- or 6membered saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic radical optionally containing 1 or 2 additional heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen and sulphur, and (L14) polyethylenimine by the General formula (V)

with an average molar weight (MW) of 200 to 1,000,000 g/mol, wherein R1-R6 independently constitute hydrogen, a linear or branched radical of a C1-C 20-alkyl, -alkoxy, -polyoxyalkylene, -polyoxyethylene, -hydroxyalkyl, -(alkyl)carboxy, -phosphonoalkyl, alkylamino, C2-C20-alkenyl radicals or radicals of C6-C20-aryl, -aryloxy, -hydroxyaryl, -arylcarboxy or -arylamino, optionally additionally substituted, and R2, R3 and R5 may independently optionally constitute additional polyethylenimine polymer chains, and R1 may optionally constitute an NR3R4 or NH2 radical, and x, y, and z independently constitute 0 or an integer, wherein the sum of x, y, and z must be selected so that the average molar weight is in the predetermined range; and additionally contains a mixture of propane-1,2-diol (alpha-propylene glycol) and DMSO.

EFFECT: proposed composition for stabilising nitrogen-containing fertilisers has a high urease inhibition indicator, is stable during storage and suitable for application as an additive or a coating material for nitrogen-containing fertilisers.
