FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for measuring displacement using electromagnetic induction. An electromagnetic induction displacement sensor consists of a transceiver board and an excitation board, which can move relative to each other along the measurement path. The control pulse generated by the transmission delay excites a linear time-varying current of short duration in the transmitting winding, while at the same time an electromotive force is induced in the two three-phase receiving windings surrounded by it, which does not change with time, after the three-phase electromotive force is synthesized, filtered and shaped, the edge of the resulting square wave is used to capture the summation counter value and measure the spatial phase or offset of the measured position in two different steps in parallel. The measured displacement is obtained using a combined or absolute positioning algorithm.
EFFECT: expansion of the measuring range.
