SUBSTANCE: method of ensuring security of electronic document, accounting and control of operation with confidential electronic documents and their printed copies, wherein there are three levels of protection: first level of protection of electronic document is carried out by adding certain credentials to document; second level of protection of electronic document provides information on features and properties, which store confidential information documents on server; third level of security of an electronic document comprises providing visually stealthly marking features on a document, and enterprise network infrastructure monitoring is carried out by tracking printing, scanning and copying documents and monitoring employee workplace.

EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring safe and reliable operation with confidential documents and possibility of controlling access to files for further detection of information leakage channels.
