FIELD: control and measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device for controlling a ground circuit of technical means for information processing contains an electronic circuit formed by a comparison node and a sound source, an electric field sensor – a field-effect transistor, a discharge of which is connected to one of outputs of a limiting resistor and a non-inverting input of a comparison node comparator, and a source is connected to a negative output of a power source, while the device electronic circuit does not have points of connection to conductors of a network of power supply, grounding and a metal shield of the technical means.

EFFECT: eliminating the reduction in resistance of technical means insulation and power supply network, increase in leakage current in the grounding conductor, violation of symmetry of the electrical circuit of the network noise-suppressing filter.
