SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to wireless communication technologies and, in particular, to a method and a device for resource determination and a data carrier. A method for resource determination is proposed. The method includes a stage, at which user equipment (UE) receives the first message in the first cell, wherein the first message is used for the determination of the first frequency bandwidth part (hereinafter – BWP) in the second cell, where the first BWP is less than or equal to a frequency bandwidth of the second cell. One or several transmission resources for user equipment (UE) in the second cell are within the first BWP. Next, user equipment (UE) determines the first BWP based on the first message. N of the second BWP are indicated with the first message, where N is an integer more than 1, each of N of the second BWP is less than or equal to the frequency bandwidth of the second cell.

EFFECT: providing for the reduction in consumed resources due to aggregation of carriers.
