SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical field of information processing. A resource configuration method provides for: receiving the first information from a network, wherein the first information indicates user equipment to configurations of at least one part of a frequency band, activating at the moment at least a fragment of at least one configurated part of the frequency band based on a time domain structure, while the first part of the frequency band of at least one configurated part of the frequency band is determined as an active part of the frequency band. After the expiration of time duration corresponding to the active part of the frequency band, the active part of the frequency band is switched to the second part of the frequency band of at least one configurated part of the frequency band.
EFFECT: increase in flexibility of resource allocation for user equipment.
