SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for trenchless replacement of old underground pipelines. The device for trenchless replacement of underground pipelines contains a mechanism of impact on the pipe being destroyed, a pipe-destroying organ, an expander for enlarging the well pressing fragments of the destroyed pipe into the surrounding soil and tightening a new pipe, a tension cable connected to the pipe-destroying organ. The mechanism for impact on the destroyed pipe is made in the form of expansion elements located on a tension cable installed with the possibility of interaction with the block on the anchor in the receiving pit.

EFFECT: rejection of the use of an expensive, difficult-to-manufacture, breakage-prone and wear-resistant impact mechanism, simplification of the installation of a pipe-breaking body, an expander enlarging the well and tightening a new pipe.
