FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction industry and can be used for trenchless replacement of underground pipelines during repair and reconstruction. The device contains an impact mechanism, a pipe-breaking body for destroying the old pipeline, increasing the diameter of the well, pressing fragments of the destroyed old pipeline into the surrounding soil and pulling the new pipeline. The tension cable is attached to the percussion mechanism. The pipe-breaking body is made in the middle part in the form of a conical bushing with at least one fixed knife on the outside and has an inner surface freely in contact with the head part of the spherical outer surface of the percussion mechanism, with the possibility of direct perception of the shock load. The tension cable is fixed on the front part of the anvil of the percussion mechanism and is passed through the top and the front part of the specified conical bushing of the pipe-breaking body. The pipe-breaking body has a spherical inner surface in the middle part, continuing the conical inner surface of the specified bushing, and is mounted on an anvil freely installed in the impact mechanism with the possibility of contact with its spherical inner surface with the spherical outer surface of the anvil middle part. The pipe-breaking body in the rear part is made with cylindrical inner and outer surfaces and is adapted for fastening a new pipeline.
EFFECT: transfer of shock load directly to the cutting tool, a significant reduction in preparatory work.
