SUBSTANCE: device guide appliance represents cylindrical case accommodating equidistant support rolls arranged opposite each other. Groove is made on and around case outer surface while interconnected axial and radial channels are made in said case. Axial channel is connected with lubricant feed source while radial channel is connected with groove above which lubricant spray ring is arranged on aforesaid case. Pipe breaker tool incorporates pad roll opposite disc knife. New pipeline vibrator is arranged behind expander made up of two thrusts with cone arranged there between to axially displace relative to said thrusts. Vibrator is arranged inside said cone. Thrusts are composed of hollow semi-cylinders made of friction material jointed by rods together, said rods being furnished with compression rings. New pipeline vibrator is connected with expander by disassembling cable.

EFFECT: easier operation.
