FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device of a frame shelter for plants in winter includes a frame made of galvanized metal supports with a loop and fastening in the form of a galvanized bolt and nut to connect them from above, an inner cover for plants and an outer cover for plants made on the frame, which are made of non-woven material with a density from 30-60 g/m2 and have a built-in fixing tightening and fixing pegs. An additional similar frame of a smaller size for the inner cover is installed under the main frame with the same gap. In this case, the supports of the frames are made with a bend in the middle at an angle that ensures the inclination of their upper part and the verticality of their lower part with the formation of the internal space of the frames for plants in the form of a complex figure, at the base of which there is a rectangle of the prism before the bend of the support, and above - a quadrangular pyramid. Spunbond with light stabilizers (SUF) is used as a nonwoven material for the covers. In the manufacture of the frame, four galvanized metal supports made with a loop at one end are fastened with a bolt and a nut from above through the hinges. An inner cover for the height of the plant and an outer cover for the frame are made of non-woven material. A similarly formed additional frame of a smaller size for the inner cover is installed with a gap under the main frame. Before the formation of the frames, the supports are bent in the middle at an angle that ensures the inclination of the upper part and the verticality of the lower part of the frames, and then they are fastened to form a complex figure. At the base of the figure lies a rectangle of the prism before the bend of the support, and above it is a quadrangular pyramid. After making covers from nonwoven spunbond with a density of 30-60 g/m2 with light stabilizers (SUF), they are put on the corresponding frames.
EFFECT: invention will provide a reduction in exposure to low temperatures.
