SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal power engineering, namely to heating and hot water supply of residential, public and industrial buildings. The essence of the present invention is that to obtain high-quality hot water in heating and hot water supply systems, as well as to increase the service life and increase the efficiency in the water heater of "tank-in-tank" type, the inner tank is made of foam metal (foam steel, foam aluminum, foam copper, etc.) without welded seams by the casting method. To improve the quality of heated water, devices for water purification from impurities are installed at the cold-water inlets to the inner and outer tanks. In addition, for more efficient operation of the water heater and self-cleaning from solid combustion products (soot, scale, etc.), the turbulator elements are made of shape memory material.
EFFECT: improvement of heating and hot water supply of residential, public and industrial buildings.
