FIELD: heating of water, applicable in heat engineering and hot water supply systems.
SUBSTANCE: the boiler has a radiation section consisting of an inner cylinder, burner and an outer cylinder, as well as an outlet connection of flue gases, drip pan, tubular heat exchanger, bearing-distribution grill and a header with nozzles enclosed in a separate body, it represents the contact-recuperative section. The radiation section and the contact-recuperative section are positioned in parallel, the inner cylinder is made with an inner bottom and provided with a circular upper tube plate. The openings of the circular upper tube plate located in its periphery are made as concentric circles. An inner cover with an axial opening is fastened from above to the outer lateral surface of the circular upper tube plate, a branch pipe with a burner is rigidly attached to the edges of the axial opening. A circular lower tube plate is attached to the lower base of the outer cylinder. An outer bottom is attached from the bottom to the edges of the central opening of the circular lower tube plate, a pipe connection for delivery of heating water goes from this outer bottom. An outer cover with an axial opening is fastened to the upper base of the outer cylinder, a cylindrical shell hermetically coupled to the burner pipe connection is fastened from above to the edges of the axial opening. A pipe connection for discharge of heating water is fastened on the shell surface, the outer and inner covers, as well as the cylindrical shell and the burner pipe connection form an interwall space. A fire tube bank attached to the edges of the aligned openings in the upper and lower tube plates is installed in the interwall annular gap formed by the outer and inner cylinders. A pipe connection for delivery of cold water and a pipe connection for discharge of heated water for hot water supply are fastened on the tubular heat exchanger. The radiation and contact-recuperative sections communicate with each other by means of a detachable closed liquid collector fastened to the lower circular tube plate and to the lower part of the body of the contact-recuperative section, the collector is provided with a pipe connection coupled to the liquid delivery line linked with the collector. At least one condensate return tube is rigidly fastened with one end to the body of the contact-recuperative section in the area of the upper part of the tubular heat exchanger, the other end is inserted in the closed liquid collector.
EFFECT: enhanced boiler efficiency.
