SUBSTANCE: invention relates to caterpillar tractors with a side-turning control system and with an electric or hydraulic drive, intended for various agricultural and construction works, including being aggregated with various attachments. The mobile crawler tractor contains a power-driven vehicle, which in the working position is installed on a platform with caterpillar drives. At the same time, its engine is used as a power plant to drive components and assemblies of the machine. In the transport position, this power-driven vehicle is used to transport a mobile crawler tractor.
EFFECT: invention provides the mobility of a caterpillar tractor, as well as the possibility of using one power unit both for transporting the machine to the place of work, and for carrying out these works.
