SUBSTANCE: invention relates to full-revolving machines with a fixed base or with a movable base on a caterpillar or wheeled chassis, designed for lifting operations, excavation and soil movement. The mobile full-revolving complex contains a power-driven vehicle that is installed on the turntable. At the same time, its engine is used as a power plant to drive the equipment of the machine. In the transport position, this power-driven vehicle is used to transport a mobile full-revolving complex.
EFFECT: invention provides the mobility of full-revolving machines, as well as the possibility of using one power unit both for transporting a construction machine to the place of work and for carrying out these works.
