SUBSTANCE: invention relates to full-revolving technological machines with a fixed base or with a movable base on a caterpillar or wheeled chassis. The mobile full-revolving complex contains a power-driven vehicle, which is installed on the swivel part and on which a vertical support is fixed, passing through the middle part of its structure or being part of its structure. Or the power-driven vehicle is installed in the inner contour of the portal support located on the swivel part. Engine is used as a power plant to drive the equipment of a technological machine. In the transport position, this power-driven vehicle is used to transport a mobile full-revolving complex.
EFFECT: mobility of full-turn construction machines is achieved, as well as the possibility of using one power unit both for transporting a construction machine to the place of work, and for carrying out these works.
