FIELD: electromagnetic radiation.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used in industries related to the reception and transmission of electromagnetic radiation in the infrared and radio frequency ranges. The method consists in the fact that in a given spectral range, the spectrum of radiation incident on a real body from the original source is compressed to a given value, for this purpose a volumetric ordered structure is used, with the help of which the energy of photons incident on a real body is accumulated in a given spectral range and then the accumulated photon energy is re-emitted in a narrower specified spectral range. The parameters of the volumetric ordered structure are selected based on the specified peak wavelength and the specified bandwidth of the reflected radiation and the multiplicity of the excess of the intensity of the reflected radiation relative to the incident source radiation.

EFFECT: obtaining reflected radiation in a given narrow spectrum, exceeding the intensity of the original incident radiation, and the creation on its basis of a series of selectively reflective coatings with a given high reflectivity.
