FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radiation detector for detecting high-energy photons. Radiation detector for detecting high-energy radiation contains: scintillator group with two scintillator elements for conversion of primary photons incident radiation into secondary photons according to characteristic emission spectrum, wherein top of scintillator elements is located on top and bottom of scintillator elements is located at bottom of a radiation detector; two organic photodetectors for conversion of said secondary photons into electrical signals, wherein said photodetectors have different absorption spectra without coverage and can be read separately, wherein said photodetectors are arranged at upper scintillator element and above lower scintillator element, respectively.
EFFECT: technical result is high spatial resolution of radiation detector.
