FIELD: pneumatic automatic control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pneumatic cylinder control means and can be used in pneumatic automatic control systems. The pneumatic cylinder control device contains a control module installed on the control device, made on a microprocessor and connected to the connector, the counterpart of which is installed on the power board of the pneumatic cylinder, the input of the control signal generator is connected to the corresponding terminals of the counterpart of the connector, the output of which is intended to be connected to the control input of the pneumatic cylinder, the output of the digital signal generator of the control pedal depression, the input of which is connected to the control pedal position sensor, the pneumatic cylinder current sensor, the device supply voltage sensor, the pneumatic system pressure sensor and the output of the digital sensor trigger signal generator, the input of which is connected to the pneumatic cylinder end sensor by means of a voltage divider.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of control of the pneumatic cylinder and expanding the functionality of the device.
