SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for sealing a top of a package for a food product, as well as a system for forming, filling and sealing a package containing a food product. The device contains the first and the second welding sponges located opposite each other made with the possibility of reverse interaction with each other around the top of the package. The device contains at least one wedge on the first welding sponge made with the possibility of contacting with the first upper part of the package for forming the first inclined panel. The device includes a guide wedge on the second welding sponge made with the possibility of contacting with the second upper part of the package for forming the second inclined panel. At least one protruding element on the guide wedge is made with the possibility of reducing distortion of the package before sealing. The device also contains a rubber pad either on the first welding sponge, or on the second welding sponge. The rubber pad and the opposite welding sponge are made with the possibility of forming and sealing a ridge between the rubber pad and the opposite welding sponge, by means of which the top of the package is sealed.
