SUBSTANCE: proposed bending assembly is intended for producing dual-slope section of package comprising first and second inclined and sealed walls, and, at least, one flap connecting appropriate lateral sides of first and second walls. Packs with two end bent parts on one end and on opposite sides from pack axis are fed to bending assembly to make dual-slope section. Said end parts have bending first and second parts connected by pack lateral side arranged between end parts. Note here that bending appliances of proposed assembly interact with first and second parts to bend second part on lateral side and first part on second part to produce the flap. Proposed method comprises feeding, at least, one pack, to bending assembly. Note here that to produce the flap, second bending part of the pack end section is bent sideways while first bending part is bent on second part.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, simplified procedure and higher quality of package.
