A biologically active dietary supplement in the encapsulated form, containing a complex of biologically active substances (BAS) in the form of a dry extract as an active component, including yarrow grass, marigold flowers, birch leaves, field horsetail grass, liquorice roots, nettle leaves, fennel fruits in the ratio of 2:2:1.5:1.5:1:1:1, and a complex of auxiliary substances, including a filler, a binder, a disintegrant, an anti-sticking, sliding agent. The method for producing a BADS in the encapsulated form includes production of a liquid extract followed by evaporation, purification of the extract followed by production of a dry extract, mixing with auxiliary substances, and encapsulation. The BADS is used as a source of flavonoids and glycyrrhizinic acid.

EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of producing a BADS in an encapsulated form, fulfilling the need of the human body in the required amount of flavonoids and glycyrrhizinic acid without expressed allergic and adverse reactions, and also exhibits an antiviral, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancerous, cleansing, immunostimulatory, antioxidant, cytoprotective, hepatoprotective, antihypoxic, regenerating, antiedemic, cardioprotective, vasodilatory, venotonic, anticarcinogenic effect.
