FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, namely, to biologically active supplements (BAS) for food (variants) exhibiting dietary and preventive properties. The food BAS includes a combination of the following plant-based components: coriander fruits, green tea, meridian fennel fruits, peppermint leaves, cymbopogon grass (lemongrass), rosehip fruits, liquorice roots, common dandelion roots. As a variant, a food BAS including a combination of the following plant-based components: coriander fruits, black tea, meridian fennel fruits, peppermint leaves, cymbopogon grass (lemongrass), rosehip fruits, liquorice roots, common dandelion roots.
EFFECT: invention allows for production of a food BAS that are a source of glycyrrhizic acid and flavonoids, the biologically active substances whereof display synergistic interaction in terms of increasing the degree of transition of glycyrrhizic acid and flavonoids to aqueous extracts, as well as an increase in the stability of glycyrrhizic acid and flavonoids in aqueous extracts.
