SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hairdressing device containing a rod installed with the possibility of rotation around its longitudinal axis; a winding element made with the possibility of winding a strand of hair on the rod, while the winding element is made with the possibility of rotation together with the rod, and it contains a proximal end installed with the possibility of turning relatively to the rod between a withdrawn position and an approached position; and a movable guiding element made with the possibility of placing in a waiting position and in a working position, while the movable guiding element is made with the possibility of moving from the waiting position to the working position, when the winding element is moved from the withdrawn position to the approached position, and it is additionally made with the possibility of moving a strand of hair inserted transverse to the rod to position it according to a given orientation relatively to the rod, when the movable guiding element is moved from the waiting position to the working position.
EFFECT: creating a hairdressing device that is simple in use, while it allows for automatically creating uniform curls or waves.
