SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automation and pulse technology; it can be used to generate pulses, when power is turned on. A device for generating an installation pulse is proposed, which allows forming an installation pulse of guaranteed duration, when voltage with any duration of the rise front is applied to a power bus, and forming an installation pulse on a cut of the supply voltage by controlling processes of charging and discharging a time-consuming capacitor.
EFFECT: increase in reliability by increasing the stability of the output pulse, while eliminating redundancy.
