SUBSTANCE: described is composition which comprises polymer, bitumen, mineral filler, plasticizer and modifying additives. Polymer includes synthetic nonspecified (production waste) butadiene-styrene rubbers of SKS grades; bitumen is bitumen BH-IV, and plasticizer includes industrial oil waste, and mineral filler includes chalk and modifying additives such as rosin and resin 101 K (alkylphenol-formaldehyde resin), ratios of components being as follows, wt.%: synthetic nonspecified butadiene- styrene rubbers of SKS grades (production waste), 23.5-35.0; bitumen BH-IV, 17.6-25.0; mineral filer such as chalk, 26,7-33.0; said industrial oil waste, 2.0-29.5; rosin, 1.0-1.2; resin 101 K, 1.0-1.2.
