FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to jaw crushers, in particular to vibrating jaw crushers, and can be used for grinding grain material. The crusher contains a housing 1 with spring supports 2. On the housing 1, active jaw plates 4 with unbalanced vibration exciters 5 and pendulum passive jaw plates 6 placed between them, the number of which is odd, are suspended on torsion axes 3. The pendulum passive jaw plates 6 in the vertical section are made in the form of a trapezoid facing down with a large base 7, or in the form of a triangle facing down with its base. Removable plates 8 with vertical riffles 9 are placed on both sides of the pendulum passive jaw plates 6 and the inner sides of the active jaw plates 4.The pitch of the riffles 9 is smaller than the size of the crushed particles. A loading hopper 10 of grain material is placed on the housing 1. Each of the even jaw plates is made with the possibility of changing its position in height relative to the odd jaw plates by means of screw regulators 12 installed in the pendulum mechanism 11.
EFFECT: crusher provides increased productivity and reduced energy costs.
