FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. A vibrating jaw crusher for grinding grain material is proposed, containing spring supports, a frame to which active crushing jaws, passive crushing jaws, unbalanced vibration exciters, and a loading hopper are suspended on torsion axles. In the neck of the loading hopper, a grain stimulator is installed in the form of a triangular prism, made with the possibility of rotation around the axis and directed upwards. The passive crushing jaw is made in the form of two different-sized trapezoidal prisms placed one above the other, directed by the smaller bases towards each other, a horizontal hinge is installed at the place of their connection. The base of the upper trapezoidal prism of the passive crushing jaw is placed with a gap under the triangular prism of the grain stimulator, while the gap between the base of the triangular prism of the grain stimulator and the upper trapezoidal prism of the passive crushing jaw is less than the turning radius of the latter.
EFFECT: device provides high efficiency when grinding fodder grain.
