FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to measuring technology and is intended for the diagnosis of magnetic force on the pole surfaces of devices for magnetic separation of materials and force action on ferro-ferrimagnetic objects: magnetic separators in the mining, food, chemical, construction, metallurgical and other industries, power electromagnets, etc. The device for contact control of the magnetic force on the pole surfaces consists of a spherical ferro-probe forcibly detached from the pole surface by means of a traction non-ferromagnetic shank. The traction shank is made rigid and contains a transverse elastic non-ferromagnetic console fixed to its end with a spherical ferro-probe placed in its end part and equipped with a sensor for monitoring the bending deformation of the console. The latter is made with the possibility of sending a signal to the executive node, in which a measuring and analog-to-digital converters, a microcontroller and a data display unit are installed to convert the signal, process and digitize data graded in units of force, serving to determine the separation force indicating magnetic force.
EFFECT: increase in accuracy of determining the separation force of the ferroprobe from the pole surface and, consequently, the magnetic force acting on it on the pole surface of magnetic separation devices.
